No curriculum change required
Universities can offer the certification to eligible students without creating a new subject, changing an accredited curriculum, or providing HRP lecturers.

HRP STUDENT CERTIFICATION
HRP delivers and assesses the complete online certification programme independently, so eligible students can complete it alongside their studies without requiring curriculum changes.
Universities can offer the certification to eligible students without creating a new subject, changing an accredited curriculum, or providing HRP lecturers.
Successful students receive the same full HRP Professional certification offered on the professional market, with immediate validity after completion.
HRP provides the online learning, materials, practical assignments, assessment, evaluation, and final certification decision independently.
Institutional certification offer
The certification runs alongside university study. HRP delivers the online learning through its online learning environment, provides the practical assignments and materials, evaluates the work, and makes the final certification decision.
“HRP is being used as part of practical teaching for psychology students at the University of Ljubljana and has been used in this context for more than three years. It helps connect theoretical knowledge with hands-on work and introduces students to contemporary psychological assessment and the responsible interpretation of results.”
Boštjan Bajec, PhD, Assistant Professor
Department of Psychology, Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana
The institutional certification offer is available to students enrolled in relevant programmes such as work and organizational psychology, human resource management, organizational behaviour, people management, or another closely related programme agreed with HRP.
Students do not need to have graduated. HRP delivers the online programme through its online learning environment, including the learning materials, practical assignments, assessment, evaluation, and final certification decision.
A university may optionally recommend the certification, connect it with an existing course, recognise it as an extracurricular achievement, or explore ECTS recognition where appropriate, but none of these steps is required for student participation.
Professional-market standalone price: EUR 1,390
The standalone price applies to individual enrolment outside an organizational launch package. Academic Partner students receive the 10% reduction shown below.
Successful students receive the same full HRP Professional certification offered on the professional market, awarded immediately after successful completion of the HRP online learning programme.
The awarded credential is not a restricted student version or a preliminary pathway. The same controlled professional-use and interpretation boundaries continue to apply after certification.
Academic pathways
Both pathways are delivered and assessed by HRP through the online learning environment. The appropriate pathway is selected according to the student's academic background and intended learning scope.
