Structured curriculum
Ready-to-use academic content covering abilities, motivation, workplace behaviours, role context, employee-journey use cases, and responsible interpretation.
For Universities
HRP provides universities with structured curricula, Moodle-ready learning materials, practical assessment exercises, instructor training, and two academic pathways for psychology and people-management education.
Ready-to-use academic content covering abilities, motivation, workplace behaviours, role context, employee-journey use cases, and responsible interpretation.
Lessons, assignments, quizzes, practical cases, student instructions, and teaching guidance ready to adapt to the university's learning environment.
Participating lecturers receive practical training for delivering the pathway, guiding exercises, reviewing outputs, and maintaining responsible-use boundaries.
The certified programme includes practical course delivery, pathway-specific student certification, and up to 200 certified students per academic year.
Academic pathways
Both pathways connect academic theory with practical HRP assessments, reports, and workplace cases, but they differ in depth, learning outcomes, and permitted use.
Pathway 1
Audience
For students in psychology, industrial and organizational psychology, work and organizational psychology, occupational psychology, psychologically grounded business psychology, and related applied psychology programmes.
Learning focus

HRP Certificate in Responsible Use of Workplace Assessment Evidence
Professional boundary
This certificate confirms successful completion of the academic pathway in responsible use of workplace assessment evidence. It does not authorize independent psychometric interpretation or professional employment assessment practice.
Both pathways begin with a common foundation before moving into role-specific learning and application.
Abilities, motivation, and behaviours
Workplace assessment purpose and limits
Role context and person-work correspondence
Employee-journey use cases
Responsible use, consent, and human judgment
Practical HRP assessment exercises
Structured reports and discussion activities
Practical experience
Students gain hands-on experience with the same structured HRP assessment framework used in real selection, onboarding, development, coaching, mentoring, and internal-mobility contexts.
Selected HRP cognitive assessments use generated task variants to support controlled academic use of the operational assessment environment.
Students complete practical HRP assessment activities involving abilities, motivation, and workplace behaviours.
Students learn how structured results are connected with role context, practical questions, and responsible human judgment.
Teaching activities use realistic cases from selection, onboarding, development, coaching, mentoring, and internal mobility.
Students learn what assessment evidence can support, what it cannot establish, and when qualified professional involvement is required.
Curriculum integration
HRP can provide suggested learning outcomes, teaching activities, assessment components, and student-workload estimates to support the university's own ECTS and curriculum-approval process.
The university remains solely responsible for approving academic credits, formal curriculum integration, and institutional accreditation.
Academic teaching access
Approved universities may use the standard HRP curriculum, Moodle-ready learning materials, practical exercises, agreed platform access, and instructor training free of charge for approved non-commercial teaching and appropriate academic research.
Student certification is not included.
